Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t just about treating symptoms—it’s about creating space to listen deeply to your life.

When you’re holding emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual pain, it can be hard to know where to turn. Life moves quickly. Most of us rarely pause to reflect on who we are, how we’re living, and what really matters. But healing begins when we do. When we slow down. When we create space for presence and reflection.

Individual therapy offers this space. Not just for insight, but for transformation. It can be intimidating at first—vulnerable, unfamiliar, maybe even strange. But in the presence of a trusted other, something begins to unfold. With dialogue, attunement, and compassion, we begin to see ourselves more clearly. This kind of self-reflection illuminates unconscious patterns and opens the door to greater awareness, agency, and alignment.

Will I be charged if I am a "No-show" to my session or "Cancel" my appointment less than 24 hours prior?

Our goal is to provide quality counseling services to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only our therapists, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client a full session price missed appointment fee.
