Richard Greene, LCSW
Primary Therapist

Mr. Greene is a New Jersey and New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with school-age children, families and adults.  Mr. Greene holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice and has over 20 years of training and experience in various areas of human development.  Mr. Greene  also certified to provide clinical supervision to post-master’s level social workers. He has provided counseling and consulting services in schools, universities and non-profits. His wealth of experience equips him to work effectively with people in various settings.

Juanita Howland-Greene
Educational Specialist

Juanita Howland-Greene is a veteran mathematics educator, instructional leader, and coach with extensive experience spanning K–12 classrooms, higher education, and district-level professional development. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Virginia and an M.A. in Mathematics Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Beyond the classroom, Ms. Howland-Greene has held multiple leadership roles, including mathematics department chair and professor of practice at the graduate level, where she taught mathematics pedagogy to future educators pursuing certification and master’s degrees. She has also consulted with schools across New Jersey to improve mathematics instruction and student achievement.

Ms. Howland-Greene has distinguished herself as both a mentor and classroom teacher, earning recognition as District Teacher of the Year in 2022. She currently serves as a district-level mathematics coach where she partners with educators to strengthen instructional practices and advance student learning outcomes.
